If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund products within 14 days of purchase. No refund can be made for products that have been used or returned damaged. This is because they are socks and if you have worn them, well, odour for one. But happy to give you your money back. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue & make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.
We will notify you once we’ve received & inspected your return, & let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund.

What do I do if my order is lost?
If you haven't received your order in a reasonable time frame, please get in touch with us & we will endeavor to help you locate your parcel. Whilst we will try our best, we can not be liable for any orders that are lost or damaged during transit once they have been dispatched. You may need to contact the carrier to file a claim.
